The RSPCA is urging shoppers to be on the look out for callous youths selling four week old puppies from plastic bags in Watford town center.  The group seen on Monday, are believed to be selling the puppies to earn extra cash during the festive period.  The defenceless dogs, believed to be Staffordshire Bull Terriers, are only a matter of weeks old and are unlikely to survive.

Anyone with information should contact the police on 0845 3300222 or call the RSPCA immediately.
