Ace is a five year old neutered Labrador who is a pleasure to look after. He is a credit to his owners as he has impeccable manners. He was unfaised by entering into a house full of dogs. He walked in calmly behind me and allowed each and everyone of the dogs to come up to him and sniff him all over. It was only Tala who had a few misgivings. Once she had sniffed him she went and sat on the fourth stair and peeped at him through the gaps in the banister. It didn't take her long to get over her shyness and she is playing with him now.
Unfortunately Ace has had a cruciate repair done in the past so is on restricted exercise. He cannot play as robustly as he would like but this does not seem to worry him in the slightest. He is kept on the lead whilst out walking untill all the others have let off steam and then he is let off to wander round the park and sniff at all the new smells.
He is another dog that likes to be with the girlies. The first walk on the lead saw him behind the four shepherd girls with his nose up their bums, this soon progressed to trying to mount them on the trot. This proved rather difficult for him as Chloe turned round and told him off in no uncertain terms. He heeded her correction and hasn't tried it on again.
